Is a fitness specific program that aims to increase a child’s fitness levels. This program is designed for mixed groups of children, school specific groups or specific friendship groups. The program aims to increase a child’s current fitness levels through fun activities that are funky, entertaining and tailored to children’s interest and ability levels. Whilst all activities are conducted under the guidance of a Friendly, Muscle fit instructor, children are responsible for setting and determining their own goals. This responsibility empowers them with actively taking control over their wellbeing. The key tool for a life of sustained health. Professional guidance will of course be provided in setting and ensuring children work towards achieving their goals.

The program runs for one hour and all activities are done to hip, pumping music. Muscle Sprouts operate Fitness with Funk after and during school on weekdays, as well as Saturday mornings. The program can also be tailored for individual children and small groups on request.
