Specifically designed for schools to collaboratively fight childhood obesity, The Brain Muscle Workout is an individualized program which includes a personal program consisting of over 600 different exercises, structured in 9 different stages, throughout the school year.The premise of this program is to simultaneously stimulate the brain, muscles and nervous system by continuously teasing the body with balance and coordination challenges.

The program is designed to benefit kids 5 years or older.

The Brain Muscle Workout is endorsed and currently being reviewed by Child Psychiatrist, MD Dr Gregory Lombardo. According to Dr Lombardo, a diplomat of the American Society of Clinical Psychopharmacology and board certified in adult, child and adolescent psychiatry, brain muscle workout program may produce children's benefits in three major areas:
