 WalkingIf you like walking, and are in my age group, then please make contact with me. I am looking to meet up with others so i can conduct regular walking activity and help the circulation of my legs. once or twice per week is all we need for about 1/2 hour each session! Walking is one of the best ways to do this. So put your shoes on and lets go walking.
