Fitness challenge for fit singles in Sydney! Two hours of training which is anaerobic based, with lots of intervals, core and body weight resistance work incorporated into challenging but fun team activities. We recommend that everyone be at least a 7 out of 10 on their own fitness scale and be doing at least 3 training sessions a week. How do I sign up?
