Our Muscle Sprouts programs are always conducted by two qualified and accredited gymnastics coaches, with full public liability cover.

Insight:
|
Each class is divided into groups and after a warm up, rotate through the five areas, completing 10 – 15 activities each lesson until they have completed a minimum of fifteen activities.
Free play time is always the favourite time, using games to practise the skills learnt for the day.
