Muscle Sprouts Shenanigans program is on a week night and was established to provide children with physical activity and cooking class.

The Shenanigans program operates on a Week night from 5:30pm – 7:30pm. Children can be dropped off and picked up at anytime – on the hour. That’s right! Can’t make it for 5:30pm, no worries, drop them at 6pm. Want to get them a little earlier than 7:30pm, come in at 7pm.
Fees adjust according to the amount of Shenanigans that your kids, or you, want! It also provides parents with the opportunity to go out for a romantic dinner, have a dinner party with friends, see a movie, or just chill at home! The best part about this simply being… babysitters are now N/A! |

| Approach: | The structure of the evening is a circuit style format. Children will be broken into groups of 10-15 and spend around 10-20 minutes at each station. The physical activities at each station will be based on the game sense approach so that all children have the opportunity for a high level of involvement. All stations will be varied to maintain the children’s interest over the evening. One station will involve children preparing their own healthy dinner and children will be provided with the resources to do so. Your children are also given the opportunity to socialise and relax while provided with a healthy nutritious dinner. All activities focus on the children and developing self esteem and confidence in a fun and safe environment. It is a great way for children to develop their physical activity and social skills outside of the school grounds. |

Just one thing Children must be picked up no later than 15 mins after the final 8pm cut off, otherwise an additional $10.00 will be charged for every 15minutes there after. |
